It is mandatory for every member to make monthly contributions to the society. These deposits are the basis in which loan qualifications are established.

Characteristics of Normal Deposits

1. Minimum contribution of Ksh 500
2. Contribution frequency-Monthly
3. Earns interest on deposits as approved during Annual General Meetings
4. No maximum contribution limits
5. Mandatory contribution by all members
6. Non withdrawable unless on special instances such as exit from the society
