1. Interest rate of 12% per annum on a reducing balance
2. Maximum qualification of Ksh 6,000,000
3. 48 hours processing duration
4. Maximum qualification of 3 times the accumulated deposits
5. Collaterals include; Title deeds, logbooks, chattels, guarantors or members own deposits
